We want you to love your hair results, but if you are not completely satisfied with your Color Wow purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After confirming your return details, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original box, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
